Privacy & cookie policy.

Effective September 15, 2026. This policy covers RonyBarsoum.com, operated by Employees First Labor Law P.C. (“EFLL,” “we”). [Draft for attorney review before publication.]

What we collect.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, the status of your claim, and what you tell us about what happened, together with the date and time of your submission, the page you submitted it from, and the text of the consent you agreed to. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which transmits submissions to us and retains them under its own privacy policy. We do not ask for, and you should not send, medical records or other confidential details through the form.

The deadline calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Dates you enter are not stored or transmitted.

How we use it.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help, and communicate with you about your potential case. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages.

If you check the consent box on the form, you agree that EFLL and Rony Barsoum may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message (SMS), and email at the contact information you provided, including through automated dialing or texting technology. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for assistance. We keep a record of your consent, including the time, the page, and the text you agreed to. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and browser storage.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses browser storage for one purpose: to remember whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. If we add analytics in the future, they will load only after you accept, and this policy will be updated.

Your California rights.

California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them, to have it deleted, and to correct it, subject to our professional and legal obligations. To make a request, call 310-853-3461 or write to us at 1 S. Fair Oaks Ave., Suite 200, Pasadena, CA 91105. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. This site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because it does not track visitors across sites.

Security and retention.

Information is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain inquiry information as long as needed to evaluate and, if applicable, handle your matter, and as required by the rules governing attorneys. Sending information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
